Four things to know before you make your move.
Do I need a marketplace store first?
No. Start a new shop under your brand and add your own products. Importing is an option for merchants with an existing catalogue, not a requirement.
Does AURA take a sales commission?
No. AURA charges a fixed monthly fee with no sales commission or platform transaction fee. Third-party providers charge payment gateway and shipping fees separately at their applicable rates. Domains and optional services also have separate costs.
How do customers pay?
Choose and set up payment methods in your shop settings. Online payments require a configured payment provider account. Cash on delivery and WhatsApp ordering depend on the options you enable.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect your domain in shop settings and follow the verification and DNS instructions. Your domain needs an active HTTPS connection before use. Domain registration and renewal costs are separate.
