1. Our service and your agreement
AURA provides shop-building, hosting and management tools. The operator is identified below. Review these terms alongside the pricing, privacy and refund information before using the service.
You must have legal capacity and authority to act for the business using the service. Keep account and business information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials.
2. Plans, charges and activation
The current platform price is RM100 monthly or RM1,200 yearly, with no AURA sales commission or platform transaction fee. Plan limits and the final price are shown before payment. The current product limit is 100.
Payment processing, shipping, domains, token-based AI and separately quoted services can cost extra. Any applicable tax or discount must be shown in the invoice or quote. A draft or preview does not activate a subscription; publishing requires an active entitlement.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Renewal currently uses an invoice and reminder rather than an automatic recurring card debit. Pay the renewal invoice to continue service. You may cancel renewal in Dashboard → Billing; paid access remains until the current period ends.
An expired or unpaid subscription can make a published shop unavailable. Cancellation is separate from a refund or account deletion request. See the Refunds policy for the current refund process.
4. Your shop and customer obligations
You remain responsible for your listings, stock, product claims, prices, taxes, delivery, customer support and sale policies. Provide the business disclosures and customer protections required for your business. AURA’s platform role does not remove any statutory obligation on either party.
You retain rights in your content and authorise AURA and its service providers to process and display it as needed to deliver the service. Only upload, import or publish material you have the right to use. AURA branding and platform software remain owned by their respective rights holders.
5. Imports, AI and connected providers
Imports depend on source availability and may be incomplete. Review product data and do not assume ongoing marketplace synchronisation. AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.
Connected payment, shipping, domain and other services have their own terms. You are responsible for selecting and configuring them appropriately, including customer privacy notices and relevant permissions.
6. Availability, misuse and closure
The service can be affected by maintenance, third-party failures or security incidents. No fixed uptime or sales result is promised unless separately agreed in writing. Keep copies of important business records.
Access may be restricted to address unlawful use, security threats, non-payment or material breaches. Where appropriate, the operator should explain the reason and a route to resolve the issue; urgent risks may require immediate action. Contact support before closing an account to discuss records, exports and deletion.
7. Disputes, legal rights and updates
Contact support with the account or invoice reference and a clear description of the issue. Complaints about a merchant’s goods should first go to that merchant; suspected platform misuse can be reported to AURA.
Malaysian law applies, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here removes applicable consumer remedies, data protection rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Material service or pricing changes should be communicated before they apply; check the current plan before renewing.
