1. Cancel renewal
Open Dashboard → Billing and choose Cancel renewal. You can continue using paid access until the period ends. You may resume renewal from the same page while eligible. This does not automatically refund an invoice or erase your data.
2. Platform refund window
The current platform refund window is 14 days from the invoice payment date. Contact support within this period with the account email, invoice number, payment date and a short explanation. Duplicate or incorrect charges should also be reported.
Support checks the invoice and arranges an eligible refund through the payment provider. A dashboard status alone does not confirm that funds have reached your account. Ask for the provider reference when the refund is submitted.
3. Timing and access
Bank and payment provider processing times vary; a completion date should be confirmed for your case rather than assumed. Refunds can shorten or end the related subscription entitlement. Ask support about the effect on a live shop before proceeding.
Third-party fees, domain purchases, token usage and separately quoted services require review under their own terms and the work or usage involved. Mandatory legal remedies continue to apply even when a standard refund window has passed.
4. Orders from a merchant
Contact the merchant about a return, delivery problem or refund for products bought from their shop. Include the order reference and relevant evidence. AURA’s subscription refund policy is not the merchant’s product returns policy.
If you cannot reach the merchant or suspect misuse, report the shop URL and order reference through our Contact page. This does not limit your rights to contact your payment provider or the relevant authorities.
