1. Choose how to start
Select Build a new shop to name your shop and add products yourself. If you already sell on Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada, use the import form on the homepage. You can build and preview without signing up.
2. Bring over your catalogue
Paste a public shop or product link and review the draft. Each import supports up to 30 products. Access depends on the source platform; an import may be incomplete or blocked.
If a link does not work, upload a CSV or use the browser copy instructions in Import options. Only copy content you own or have permission to use. Importing creates a copy; it does not promise ongoing synchronisation with a marketplace.
3. Review every product
Check names, images, descriptions, prices, stock, weight and product options. Fill in missing information before publishing. The current platform plan supports up to 100 products.
Keep descriptions accurate and disclose important conditions. AI suggestions and imported copy need your review; they are not a substitute for verified product information.
4. Make the shop yours
Open the shop editor to choose a theme, update colours and fonts, set your main banner and arrange collections. Preview on both mobile and desktop.
Use the branding support link if you need a logo or visual direction. Logo design and branding support are quoted separately.
5. Set up payments and delivery
Configure your payment provider account before enabling online payments. Cash on delivery and WhatsApp ordering depend on your shop settings.
Set the sender address, product weights, delivery coverage and shipping rates. Test the full checkout journey using the provider sandbox where available. Never enter live card details in a test environment.
6. Complete your business information
Before accepting orders, provide accurate business identity, contact information, full pricing, delivery estimates and applicable product safety information. Make your own privacy, shipping, returns and sale terms available to customers in Bahasa Melayu, with other languages as needed.
AURA platform policies explain our service. They do not automatically become the policies for goods sold by your shop.
7. Save, subscribe and publish
Sign up or log in to save the shop to your account. Activate a subscription when you are ready to publish. The current price is RM100 monthly or RM1,200 yearly; check your invoice for the final amount and any applicable discount or tax.
Use the preview to check links, prices, payment and shipping settings before publishing. A saved draft does not automatically become public. Share the published shop address once you are ready.
8. Use your shop address
Your plan includes an AURA subdomain. To use your own domain, follow the domain guide in shop settings, add the requested DNS records and complete ownership verification and HTTPS setup. DNS updates can take time.
Keep domain renewal payments up to date with your registrar. Do not share registrar passwords or private API credentials with customers.
9. Manage orders and promotions
Review orders in your dashboard. Confirm payment status before fulfilling paid orders, update delivery details and manage returns according to your published policies. A WhatsApp message alone is not proof of payment.
Set coupon eligibility and validity carefully. Analytics and advertising integrations reflect visitors who allow the relevant tracking, so reported visits may be lower than actual traffic.
10. Keep your account secure
Use a unique password, verify your email and enable two-factor authentication in Account security. Keep recovery codes private. Do not send passwords, API secrets or full card details to support.
Before enabling an AI assistant, review its configuration and token costs. Avoid entering sensitive customer information into AI prompts.
11. Billing, cancellation and help
Manage invoices and renewal in Dashboard → Billing. Renewal currently uses an invoice you pay; it is not an automatic card debit. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the paid period ends.
Use the Refunds policy for subscription refund requests. For import problems, send the source URL and error message. For an order issue, include the shop URL and order reference, without sensitive payment details.
