1. Sell responsibly
Only offer products and services you are legally entitled to sell. Obtain any required licences and make accurate claims.
- Do not sell unlawful, stolen, counterfeit or infringing goods, or facilitate fraud.
- Do not publish deceptive pricing, fabricated reviews or misleading health, safety or financial claims.
- Do not publish content involving child exploitation, unlawful sexual material, threats, harassment or incitement to violence.
2. Respect data and systems
Do not upload malware, steal credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt service or test another user’s shop without permission. Do not scrape or import content you have no right to use.
Use customer information only for disclosed, lawful purposes. Do not sell access to customer data, send unsolicited promotions or place sensitive personal data into public listings or AI prompts.
3. Reporting and review
Report suspected abuse or intellectual property infringement through our Contact page. Include the shop URL, relevant product link, a description and evidence of your authority if reporting on behalf of a rights holder. Do not submit false reports.
The operator may review, restrict content or suspend access to address a substantiated risk. Urgent risks can require immediate action. Contact support with the reference and supporting information if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
